Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the address provided below.


Partial Refunds

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds:

  • Items with damaged outer packaging not due to our error.
  • Returns initiated after 60 days but within a reasonable timeframe and approved by our team.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the return is processed.
If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Shipping Insurance: For returns valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
