Suggested Use
SHAKE WELL BEFORE EVERY USE. As a food supplement, first time users should start by taking 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) of EVP AQ for their first few training sessions in order to find their own personal tolerance before proceeding to an additional serving. Mix 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) with 12-18 oz. of cold water or beverage of your choice.
DO NOT EXCEED (1) SERVING (2 TBSP) WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. During your workout and through out the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
