Suggested Use
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
Take Copper Glycinate with food, ideally with lunch or dinner, to improve absorption. If you take high-dose zinc, space it out by 4-6 hours to avoid absorption competition (e.g., zinc in the morning, copper in the afternoon or evening). Avoid taking copper at the same time as iron supplements unless iron doses are moderate.
