As a food supplement, take 1 serving (1 scoop) of GHOST® BURN NON STIM with 5-6 oz of water or beverage of choice. New users should start with 1 serving (1 scoop) to assess their personal tolerance. Advanced users, mix 2 scoops (2 servings) with 10-12oz of water. GHOST® BURN NON STIM may be taken with or without food.
