Returns & Refunds Policy
At RED SUPPS, we want every order to arrive correctly, safely, and in the condition expected. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at hello@redsupps.co.uk and we’ll help get it resolved.
Change-of-mind returns
You may return an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:
- unused
- unopened
- in its original sealed packaging
- with any safety seal fully intact
- in a resaleable condition
To request a return, email hello@redsupps.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back.
Once your return request has been accepted, you then have 30 days to send the item back to us.
Items that cannot be returned
For safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- opened supplements
- products with broken or removed seals
- partially used products
- perishable items
- downloadable products
- gift cards
- items clearly marked as final sale, unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@redsupps.co.uk.
Please include:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or correction of the order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where we have agreed an exchange in advance.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

For returns valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked postal service. We cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost before reaching us.
